Greg Miller will be the new Goshen Local Schools athletic director following Board approval on Monday, May 12.

Miller has served as the district's Assistant Athletic Director for the past five years. He has coached at the varsity level, including head high school football coach and varsity boys golf coach.

He holds a master’s degree in curriculum development from the University of Cincinnati and is currently seeking administrative licensure from Xavier University. He is also working with the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association to earn both Certified Athletic Administrator and Certified Master Athletic Administrator status. Miller brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the Warrior athletic community.

“I’m honored and excited to take on this new role,” Miller said. “It’s a privilege to lead a program with such a rich tradition and dedicated student-athletes. I look forward to building on the strong foundation that Scott has helped create.”

Miller steps into the role following the leadership of Scott Wake, who is moving into the Assistant Athletic Director position after 12 years as A.D. Wake has been a key figure in the growth of the Goshen athletic program and will continue to serve as head girls basketball coach.

“It has been a pleasure to serve as Goshen’s athletic director for all these years. I treasure the relationships and connections I have made and I’m excited to hand the baton to Greg,” Wake said. “I get the unique opportunity to support him as he takes Warrior athletics into our next chapter.”

Goshen High School looks forward to continued success under Miller’s leadership and remains committed to excellence in both athletics and character for all Warrior teams.
