Thank you for visiting my page.  I am excited to be a small part of such a successful educational community.  My educational background began with a Bachelor of Science from Wilmington College and then continued with a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of Cincinnati.  I then obtained my Superintendents license by completing classwork and other state requirements through Xavier University.

Once coming to Goshen in 2009 as middle school principal, I quickly realized what a special group of educators and community members make up Goshen Local Schools.  The main priority is providing a high quality education to every student that enters our doors. Whether you are a student, paraprofessional, bus driver or teacher, everyone associated with the school district puts everything they have to offer into making sure our students are successful in life and or the next step of their educational career. Our number one focus in Goshen is on quality instruction that will prepare students for their future.

As Assistant Superintendent, my role is to work with staff and our community to keep our focus on instruction while also managing the many other facets that make up a successful school district.  I help support and oversee human resources, state and local testing, district policy adoption/revision, student services and teacher evaluation.  I also enjoy staying involved in the areas of curriculum, instruction and technology. Each of these areas are critical to implementing the Board of Educations vision and mission for Goshen Local Schools.

My door is always open and I am truly proud to be a Warrior.
