Discipline Chart:
1st check/clip move= Warning
2nd check/clip move= Loss of stamp in agenda
3rd check/clip move= Loss of Friday Reward Recess
4th check/clip move = Note/call home to parent
5th check/clip move= Demerit
6th check/clip move= Office referral
1-3 demerits= loss of Friday reward recess and end of quarter reward
4 demerits= Friday night school and all other quarter rewards
Homework:
Missing homework = homework alert
6 homework alerts= 1 demerit
Friday Reward Recess:
Children who earn reward recess will have exhibited good choice behavior all week.(May not have moved clip more than two times)
End of Quarter Reward:
Children who do not have any demerits for the quarter will earn the opportunity to bring in a treat and drink and watch a movie for an afternoon.
Warrior Club: Warrior Club is a special reward each month for students who have chosen to exhibit good choice behavior and have completed ALL homework assignments. Students may not have moved their clip more than two times AND may not have any missing/incomplete homework assignments for the month.
