Week of May 7, 2012
Hello from Ms. Scherff,
At last, a whole week to teach with no testing lockdown! Students will be continuing our study of rocks, minerals, and the rock cycle.
Interims went out on Friday and grades have changed already. If your child has not turned in the rock foldable project, please remind them. I will accept these through Friday of this week.
Students may bring water bottles to class from now until the end of the year.
Many students have no pencil or paper. It seems they're trying to just "make do" until the end of the year. The truth is that we have much writing to do before the end of school, so please check to make sure your child has some lined paper and something to write with.
