Students will use acrylic paints and other media to create original paintings in individual styles. Students will be required to do a research project/painting on a contemporary artist. This course requires a critique of the students work every two weeks.
Students assignments wil be assessed on the following: fulfillment of requirements, effort, design/preparation work, creativity/originality, and craftsmanship.
