    * IMPORTANT INFORMATION*

    COACHES—Coach Dietrich, Coach Stahl, Coach Pritts and Coach Widner

    PRACTICE SCHEDULE—We start Feb.28. We will practice immediately after school until 4:30pm (M-F).Be sure to have a ride here at 4:30 pm (pick up @ HS stadium entrance).Also, you must have a physical before this date.

    PHYSICALS & PAYMENT—See Mr. Dietrich or Miss Stahl for a physical form.You must have a completed physical in order to practice (per OHSAA).There is also a fee of $75 payable before April 1. If you’ve participated on a school sports team this school year (2010-2011), you do not need an additional physical and do not need to pay the fee.

    OUTDOOR PRACTICE—We practice outdoor as much as possible.Remember to dress appropriately for the weather.Spring weather can change drastically from day to day. Bring warm clothes and dress in layers.

    SHOES—There’s no need to buy spikes or spend $$$$ on shoes, but a decent pair of running shoes is helpful.We do not recommend high tops or skate shoes.

    EXPERIENCE—The great part about track is that you don’t need any experience; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.Come out, get some exercise, and be part of something fun and exciting.
